Common questions and answers about your СĢƵ ID card.

No. You keep your СĢƵ ID card as long as you continue to be a student at СĢƵ.

Because of the privileges associated with your СĢƵ ID card, it is imperative that you report a lost card immediately by calling the HelpDesk at (765) 658-4294. If you lose your ID card after 5 p.m. or on weekends, you may obtain a temporary door access card from the СĢƵ Police Department at which time your card will be flagged as “Lost”. This will prevent unauthorized charges to your account. You can also report your ID card lost online by logging in at .

Contact the HelpDesk or the СĢƵ Police Department to have your card flagged as “Found”, which will make it available for use immediately unless you already received a replacement card. You can also report your ID card found online by logging in at .

Replacement ID's are available from the HelpDesk. Go to to let us know you need a replacement ID card.

The cost to replace a student ID card is $25, which is applied to his/her tuition account.

Contact the HelpDesk for help resolving building access issues. After 5 p.m. or on weekends, contact the СĢƵ Police Department so a temporary access card can be issued to you that will let you in to your residence hall.

Should your ID card become unusable or broken due to normal wear and tear, bring it to the HelpDesk and we will replace it at no charge.

  • "Normal wear and tear" is determined by the HelpDesk staff.
  • Replacement of cracked, worn, or misused cards will be evaluated on a card-by-card basis.
  • You must surrender your old card in order to obtain a new card.
  • Punching holes, marking on the card, adding stickers, or altering the card in any way is strictly prohibited.

Printed statements detailing account activity are available online at or upon request from the HelpDesk.
